Did you know?
A single watermelon once sold for $6,125.
In 2008, a man in Japan bought a nearly black Densuke watermelon for ¥650,000 or $6,125. The specialty fruit is only grown on the island of Hokkaido and, according to a Japanese agricultural expert in the Los Angeles Times, is crisp and hard with “a different level of sweetness” than the watermelon we’re used to eating.

Ryan here, and as we’re coming to the end of the course just want to share with you some further resources you can take a look at. I know you guys probably have some more questions and want some more information. So, I just want to share my screen and point you in the right direction. We do update these quite regularly, so please have a look at these anything to do with what’s happening in the market at the moment we cover here events. If you want some more information on first home buyers or what’s happening in the Australian market, we do run constant events. So please book into one of those. It is very informative and easy like the course you’ve just completed our videos. We do constantly provide new videos once a month. We try and do market updates- what’s happening in the markets?
